Disclosed are an augmented reality-based occupation therapy table device for cognitive training and an occupation therapy method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the augmented reality-based occupation therapy table device for cognition training includes: a table module including a main table and a sub-table spread to the rear side of the main table; a sensor module obtaining sensing data about a user and a forward background and installed on every side of the table module; a display module outputting a background image about the forward background and occupation therapy content for cognition training corresponding to the background image; and a control module outputting the occupation therapy content by selecting the occupation therapy content for cognition training in accordance with the results of analyzing the sensing data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
