The present invention relates to a low-energy anaerobic ammonium oxidation system using a sequencing batch reactor, configured to select a scheduling sequence to control each process performed in the sequencing batch reactor using a simulator and control the process performed in the sequencing batch reactor according to the selected scheduling sequence, and to a proactive scheduling method for the same. According to the present invention, the low-energy anaerobic ammonium oxidation system using a sequencing batch reactor comprises: an EQ tank configured to temporarily accommodate raw water to be treated; the sequencing batch reactor in which a process to treat nitrogen in the raw water introduced from the EQ tank is performed; a sensor unit configured to sense a water quality state of the raw water accommodated in the EQ tank and the sequencing batch reactor; a simulator configured to model and simulate a process performed in the sequencing batch reactor; and a control unit configured to control the process performed in the sequencing batch reactor. According to the present invention, it is possible to perform optimum operation according to conditions of raw water by the control of variable cycles verified by the simulator and save costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
