The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling an erroneous operation of a PILS environment model of a guided weapon and a method thereof, comprising: an erroneous operation analysis unit defining an erroneous operation which can occur in a PILS environment model of a guided weapon, and defining an event with respect to the erroneous operation corresponding to a predetermined operation scenario; a risk evaluation unit setting a risk of the event with respect to the defined erroneous operation as a quantitative value, and giving an integrity level class corresponding to the set quantitative value; a safety analysis unit determining a safety objective based on the given integrity level class, and performing a comparative analysis against measurement data measured by the PILS environment model of the guided weapon opposed to the determined safety objective; and an erroneous operation control unit grasping a principal agent of a cause of the defined erroneous operation, and controlling the grasped principal agent of the cause of the defined erroneous operation.
