Disclosed are a method for providing content for brainwave induction and an apparatus thereof. The method for providing content for brainwave induction comprises the steps of: (a) measuring a brainwave of a user; (b) receiving a target state of the user; (c) determining a brain beat frequency by using the target state and the measured brainwave; and (d) recommending and providing brain induction content based on the brain beat frequency.
