The present invention provides an automatic bending reliability inspection apparatus. More specifically, the automatic bending reliability inspection apparatus comprises: a driving unit to provide rotational power by a rotary shaft; a gear unit coupled to the driving unit and including multiple gears coupled to the rotary shaft to be interlocked and rotated; and an inspection unit including a connection frame coupled to the gear unit, a folding frame having an end part coupled to the connection frame and connected to be relatively rotated in accordance with rotation of the gears so as to be mutually folded, and an inspection plate having an end part connected to the folding frame and folded in accordance with folding operation of the folding frame. The inspection unit comprises: multiple variable clamps rotatably connected to one end part of the inspection plate, installed to be able to rotate on the folding frame, and varying a position of both ends of the inspection plate in accordance with the rotation; and multiple rotating units to rotate the variable clamp in accordance with the folding operation of the folding frame.
