The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gold or silver hemp fabric, capable of supplying a high value-added hemp fabric, and to gold or silver hemp fabric manufactured thereby. According to the method of the present invention, primary coating for pre-treating a hemp fabric with cellulose or collagen in liquid is performed by a primary coating device, and then secondary coating is performed thereon with gold or silver by a second coating device.
