The present invention relates to a system for managing a parking lot attached to a room in an unmanned accommodation facility and a method for controlling the entrance and exit of a car in a parking lot and, more specifically, to a system for managing a parking lot attached to a room in an unmanned accommodation facility, which can perform management for car entrance of a customer to enter a room, management for entering the room after the car entrance, and management for leaving the room and exit of the car after using the room in the unmanned accommodation facility containing the parking lot and the room. The entrance of the car by the customer to enter the room is managed by controlling the opening and closing of a shutter based on sensed values of a shutter sensor installed adjacent to the shutter of an inner wall of the parking lot and a car detection sensor provided on the floor of the parking lot, control management for payment for entering the room and for using the room is performed after parking, and management for exit of the car and leaving the room is performed after using the room whereas the opening and closing of the shutter is controlled and managed based on the sensed values of the shutter sensor and the car detection sensor.
