The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy composition for die-casting with high thermal conductivity and high strength for forming a thin-wall and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an aluminum alloy composition for die-casting with high thermal conductivity and high strength and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the aluminum alloy composition is formed with only six metallic elements composed of silicon (Si), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), and aluminum (Al) for thermal conductivity to be more than 140 W/m·K, and for tensile strength to be more than 320 MPa.
