There is provided a method for producing reduced graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite. By using the hydrazide compound as a reducing agent, a reduced graphene oxide and a reduced graphene oxide-polymer complex having excellent electrical conductivity can be obtained by a single process.
