The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer specifically bound with yellow fever virus envelope protein domain III (YFV EDIII), a composition for diagnosing yellow fever including the same, a yellow fever diagnosis kit, a biosensor for diagnosing yellow fever, and an information providing method for diagnosing yellow fever. By the result of a study performed by inventors of the present invention to develop a new biomarker for the diagnosis of yellow fever, it is confirmed that the DNA aptamer having specific binding ability with YFV EDIII has strong binding force and excellent specificity with YFV EDIII. Therefore, the present invention can be useful when developing the composition for diagnosing yellow fever, the biosensor for diagnosing yellow fever, and the information providing method for diagnosing yellow fever since the present invention is expected to have superior stability better than an ELISA method using existing antibodies.
