The present invention relates to a film-type cover having a stealth function, which is manufactured to coat the surface of an object and is configured to have a radio wave with an absorbing function of excellent effectiveness. The film-type cover comprises: an induction layer having a funnel pipe shaped hollow hole in which the interior surface is processed to reflect a radio wave; an absorption layer absorbing the radio wave induced through the hollow hole; and a sublayer annihilating the absorbed radio wave by being in contact with the absorption layer in order to assist the absorption of the radio wave of the absorption layer.
