Disclosed is a lightweight hybrid inner panel for a door. According to the present invention, the lightweight hybrid inner panel for a door is connected to a door trim by being installed on the inner side of an outer panel for a vehicle door. The lightweight hybrid inner panel for a door includes: a window frame unit opened and closed by door glass; a body unit formed at a lower end of the window frame unit and having the outer panel and an inner space, wherein the body unit has a hollow at the center; a door trim panel connected to the door trim to cover the hollow; and a metallic reinforcing frame inserted into one side of the inner side of the body unit and the window frame unit. The window frame unit, the body unit, the door trim panel, and the reinforcing frame are injected and molded to be integrated. According to the present invention, the window frame unit, the door trim panel, and the body unit, forming the inner panel for a door, are injected and molded of plastic or fiber reinforcing plastic to be integrated. Therefore, a work process can be rapidly reduced in comparison with an assembly process of an existing metallic inner pane. In addition, the lightweight hybrid inner panel for a vehicle can improve productivity of manufacturing the vehicle and can reduce production costs.
