The present invention discloses a solid cancer diagnostic composition comprising a substance for detecting phosphorylated RhoA, a method for detecting the same, and a method for screening a substance for treating solid cancer using phosphorylation of RhoA protein. When the presence or the increase or decrease of the phosphorylated RhoA protein according to the present invention is judged, it is possible to predict or grasp the diagnosis, the monitoring and the degree of disease progression and stage of the solid cancer, . By using the mechanism of cancer generation by the phosphorylated RhoA protein, a substance which can be usefully used for screening cancer therapeutic agents and capable of inhibiting phosphorylation of RhoA protein can be developed as a cancer therapeutic agent.
