The present invention relates to a device for transplanting a seagrass bed near the ocean, which comprises: a shovel unit collecting a mat-shaped seagrass group including sediment with a fixed thickness and benthos, digging out the bottom surface of a transplanting place, and planting the collected seagrass group; a rotation unit moving while integrated with the shovel unit; a power unit alternatively repeating normal rotation and reverse rotation of the rotation unit; and a frame unit which fixing the shovel unit, the rotation unit, and the power unit. In addition, the shovel unit includes a pair of a left shovel unit and a right shovel unit placed to face each other, and is composed of supporting pieces of a curved flat plate and collecting and dropping pieces of a linear flat plate. The supporting piece has an arc shape and the same radius of curvature as the length of the collecting and dropping piece wherein the collecting and dropping piece is placed in a tangential direction from the fore-end of the supporting piece in order to form a straight line with the adjacent collecting and dropping piece. Therefore, the device for transplanting a seagrass bed can quickly and efficiently transplant seagrass.
