The present invention relates to: a lesion location marking clip made of at least a portion of a magnetic material; and a system and a method for tracking the location of the lesion using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a lesion location tracking system comprising a clip made of at least the portion of the magnetic material and a tracking part for tracking the position of the clip by detecting the magnetic body, wherein the tracking part comprises a handle part that a user grips, an extension part connected to one side of the handle part, and a sensor part provided at the end of the extension part. The present invention has an advantage of easy production and miniaturization.
