The method involves modeling tissue section (4) dependant on input values to produce a tissue section model. A set of lead fields is determined from the tissue section model and is transformed to obtain transformed lead fields. Frequency independent signal parts are compared with the transformed lead fields to identify a location of transformed lead fields. A lesion location is provided as an output.
