An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic dismantling device of a waste powder fire extinguisher, which is capable of easily and stably collecting a powder extinguishing agent. For this, the present invention discloses a powder fire extinguishing agent recycling system of waste powder fire extinguisher, which comprises: a fire extinguisher dismantling unit for blowing compressed air into a fire extinguisher container to fly, drop, and discharge a powder extinguishing agent after a hole is made in the bottom of the fire extinguisher container while the fire extinguisher container is pressed and supported from up and down and is cut with a circular saw blade at one end thereof; a primary sorting unit for receiving the powder extinguishing agent from the fire extinguisher dismantling unit and separating the foreign substances; a first magnetic separating unit for separating metal mixed in the powder extinguishing agent that has passed through the primary sorting unit by pulling the metal with magnetic force; and an stirring unit for removing water contained in the powder extinguishing agent that has passed through the first magnetic separating unit, and mixing components of the powder extinguishing agent.
