The present invention relates to an unmanned self-propelled truck system capable of towing a linear tube for reinforcing a deteriorated pipe conduit and a non-excavation type pipe conduit repairing method using the same. According to the present invention, the unmanned self-propelled truck system capable of towing a linear tube for reinforcing a deteriorated pipe conduit includes: a main body frame forming a vehicle frame to drive in a pipe conduit while having a driving wheel; an electric winch unit formed on one side of the main body frame and including a cylindrical drum in order for a wire rope connected to one end of a linear tube to reinforce the inside of the pipe conduit to be wound; a pair of outriggers formed in the upper part and the lower part of the main body frame to stably fix the main body frame in the pipe conduit in a case of operating the electric winch unit; and a vision unit installed on an upper surface of the main body frame and photographing the inside of the pipe conduit, wherein the vision unit also is to measure a movement distance. Therefore, according to the present invention, the unmanned self-propelled truck system can improve efficiency of a work process by using an unmanned self-propelled truck capable of towing the linear tube for reinforcing a deteriorated pipe conduit in the deteriorated pipe conduit when performing a non-excavation type reinforcing tube hardening method for repairing the deteriorated pipe conduit buried underground.
