The present invention relates to a plate-type expanded polystyrene molding method and a plate-type expanded polystyrene molding facility. More specifically, the plate-type expanded polystyrene molding method and the plate-type expanded polystyrene molding facility enable a compact texture structure to be obtained by increasing structural crystallization when manufacturing a plate-type insulation material by using plate-type expanded polystyrene. According to the present invention, the expanded polystyrene molding method comprises: an expanded particle injection step of injecting expanded particles into a molding machine; a molding step of supplying steam to the molding machine having the expanded particles injected thereinto to mold the expanded particles in the molding machine while allowing a fusion process to be formed between the expanded particles; and a cooling step of cooling a molding-completed expanded article, wherein the molding step comprises performing a steam supply process and a suction process simultaneously or sequentially.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
