According to an embodiment of the present invention, a double-parked vehicle movement apparatus includes: a pair of rails placed in parallel with a front parking division line; a body moved in a longitudinal direction of the rails; a movement space formed between the rails to enable the body to be moved in a longitudinal direction of the rails; and prevention bumps installed at both longitudinal ends of the rails respectively to prevent the body from being separated from the rails. Therefore, the double-parked vehicle movement apparatus is capable of enabling a double-parked car to be easily moved.
