According to the present invention, a brine-refrigerant type heat pump system using geothermal heat can calculate produced heating values of a heating source using brine, and calculate consumed heating values of a demand from the produced heating values of the heating source, and thus costs can be reduced as high-priced refrigerant flowmeter is unnecessary to calculate heating values of the demand using a refrigerant. Moreover, on/off points of a brine pump and the heat pump are differently controlled, and the produced heating values of the heating source is calculated to be estimated while the brine pump is turned on. Therefore, heating values can be accurately calculated.
