Provided in the present invention is a signal processing method for detecting landmines based on an ultra-wide band ground surface penetration radar, comprising: a training process of generating a background signal model by collecting data of an area in which landmines are not buried and of an area in which landmines are buried in a state in which burial of landmines is recognized; and a probing step of probing landmines by using the background signal model acquired through the training process in a state in which burial of landmines is not recognized.
