The present invention relates to a biodegradable straw composition and a biodegradable straw manufactured by using the same. The biodegradable straw composition comprises a natural substance, casein and a paper powder as main components to impart biodegradability, thereby being able to minimize environmental pollution and allowing a user to feel the original taste of beverage, while maintaining a function of a straw since deformation of a straw form is less even using for a long time.
