The present invention relates to a coating film, comprising various organic compounds such as polypropylene, polyolefin, and the like, and a corrugated steel pipe including the same and, more specifically, relates to a coated corrugated steel pipe including a film ensuring easy repair of a damaged coating layer, with resistance to strong impacts; excellent adhesion by covering the surface with an anticorrosive coating film so the corrugated steel pipe has a molecular structure with excellent adhesion to paint and organic compound repairing agents; and increasing the reliability of repair work by conducting repair work with paint and organic compound repairing agents which prevent exfoliation of the surface film that has been damaged or cracked. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises a corrugated steel pipe having inner and outer surfaces having a corrugated shape; and a multilayered film formed on the inner and outer walls of the corrugated steel pipe. The multilayered film includes: a steel plate adhesion layer and an upper surface layer placed on the surface of the steel plate′s adhesion layer, and made of a corrosion-resistance material.
