PURPOSE: A non-digging corrugated steel pipe repair method and a packer used for the same are provided to repair a damaged portion of a pipe by adhering repair materials to the entire inner wall of a corrugated steel pipe by expansion pressure of an expansion pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A non-digging corrugated steel pipe repair method is as follows: A packer(100) equipped with an expansion tube(1) is inserted in a corrugated steel pipe and moved to a target position. The packer is filled with the air for adhering repairing materials(R) to the wall of a pipe for predetermined time. The packer is drawn out from the pipe after the air in the expansion tube of a packer is removed, and then repair is completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
