The present invention includes: a main body frame (100) which has four vertical beams (110) respectively stood on both front and rear sides, two crossbeams (120) connecting an upper end part of the vertical beams (110) in front and rear directions, and two interconnection beams (130) connecting the middle part of the vertical beams (110) in left and right directions, and is divided into two floors based on the interconnection beams (130); a circular drum (200) which has a plurality of discharge holes (210) along the outer peripheral surface, and is arranged in the second floor area of the main body frame (100) so that both open end parts are on the interconnection beams (130); a pair of guide rims (300) which is a circular rim having a cross section of a c shape and is combined respectively with both end parts of the drum (200); a pair of rotation supports (400) which has a semicircular shape surrounding the lower part of the rotation guide rims (300), and is installed between the interconnection beams (130) and the vertical beams (110); a plurality of casters (500) which has a roller (510) rolling and contacting by being inserted into the guide rims (300), and is combined along the rotation supports (400); a ring gear (600) of a disk shape which is combined with an end part of the drum (200) receiving waste (m) put therein; a rotation driving unit (700) which provides rotary force for the ring gear (600); a hopper (800) which has an inlet formed in the upper part so that waste (m) can be put in, and a delivery passage extended toward an end part of the drum (200) from the inlet; and a discharge guide plate (900) which is installed in a downward slope toward one side in the first floor area of the main body frame (100). The present invention is safe and easy to maintain.
