According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing an external device with a meta information inference service of a text content creator, comprises the steps of: receiving text content from an external device; dividing the text content into one or more morphemes, and determining a morpheme vector from the divided morphemes on the basis of a morpheme-vector converter; dividing the text content into one or more syllables, and determining a syllable vector from the divided syllables on the basis of a syllable-vector converter; determining a meta information vector corresponding to meta information on a creator on the basis of the morpheme vector, the syllable vector, and a creator recognizer; determining the meta information on the creator of the text content on the basis of the determined meta information vector; and transmitting the meta information on the writer to the external device. The step of determining the meta information vector includes the steps of: generating a content vector by merging the morpheme vector and the syllable vector; and determining the meta information vector on the basis of the content vector and the creator recognizer.
