Disclosed are a system for synchronization between accompaniment and singing voice of an online signing room service and an apparatus for performing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: an accompaniment playing device outputting accompaniment and a synchronization signal for a selected song to a speaker; and a plurality of user terminals extracting time information of the synchronization signal by obtaining the synchronization signal, obtaining singing voice of a user according to the accompaniment, generating a song recording packet including the time information of the synchronization signal and the singing voice, and respectively transmitting the generated song recording packet to the accompaniment playing device.
