Disclosed are an intelligent prevention facility controller, a method for operating the same, and an intelligent prevention facility control program. The intelligent prevention facility controller of the present invention comprises: a first purification control condition setting unit for classifying harmfulness data obtained from an inflow end measuring unit for obtaining information on the harmfulness data of harmful substances introduced into a prevention facility, and providing a first purification control condition corresponding to the classified harmfulness data; and a second purification control condition setting unit for classifying, in accordance with an environment criterion, purification data for the harmful substances purified in accordance with the first purification control condition from an outflow end measuring unit for obtaining information on the harmfulness data of the harmful substances purified in the prevention facility, and updating the first purification control condition on the basis of the classified purification data to provide a second purification control condition. The prevention facility can purify the harmful substances in accordance with the second purification control condition in case that the second purification control condition is provided by the second purification control condition setting unit when the harmful substances are purified in accordance with the first purification control condition provided by the first purification control condition setting unit.
