The present invention relates to a power management system (PMS)-based active switchgear for the intelligent linkage of a photovoltaics (PV) system and an energy storage system (ESS). The purpose of the present invention is to provide a PMS-based active switchgear for the intelligent linkage of a PV system and an ESS, which allows a PV system and an energy storage system to be integrated in one switchgear and allows power control to be operated with optimal efficiency through an intelligent PMS which can control such as the data collection and analysis of each power generation equipment. To this end, the PMS-based active switchgear for the intelligent linkage of a PV system and an ESS, according to the present invention, allows the PV system and the ESS to be connected to a system (grid) through one integrated switchgear, and the integrated switchgear includes an intelligent PMS and is configured such that charge/discharge control is performed according to weather, time, and load.
