The present invention relates to a fireproof door structure with a cable passing body (MCT) and a connecting cable, which performs a variety of tasks to secure fire resistance in a firewall of a nuclear power plant, keeps the fireproof door closed even when a temporary cable is provided while passing through the fireproof door, and maintains a state where the inside and outside of the firewall are isolated by a refractory filler. To this end, the structure comprises: a fireproof door (100) installed in a nuclear power plant; a multi-cable passing body (MCT) coupling hole (120) formed in the fireproof door (100); the multi-cable passing body (MCT) (200) coupled to the MCT coupling hole (120); and a plurality of connection cables (20) provided on the MCT (200) wherein the connection cable (20) is provided with connection cable connectors (21) at both ends thereof. The connection cable (20) and the connection cable connector (21) are formed of a material having fire resistance. The structure further comprises an end cap (30) which is formed to surround each of the connection cable connectors (21) so as to improve the fire resistance of the fireproof door (100) provided with the connection cable (20) and the MCT (200), and is made of a material having the fire resistance.
