The present invention relates to a baseball game recording input and analysis system supporting both online and offline at the same time. After temporarily storing a baseball game record inputted through the connection of an internet browser or the execution of an application in a user terminal, the system determines whether to synchronize baseball game recording data between a user terminal and a server when a network connection state is good.
