The present invention relates to a system for preventing heterogeneous raw materials from being introduced in a plastic injection process for manufacturing automobile door checker covers and an injection method using the system. In particular, the system performs two-step management in that it first determines whether a mechanical cardkey displaying different colors for different types of raw materials corresponds to color identification and barcode information of a hopper identification label, and based on the results thereof, determines whether to allow a material to be introduced into the hopper. The present invention prevents raw materials of different types from being introduced into the hopper so as to fundamentally prevent defects in synthetic resin injection molded articles, and particularly, first determines whether the raw material is different based on its color, and when the colors are identical, then determines whether the barcode information are identical. Thus, the present invention serves to prevent a raw material whose mid-section has a different but similar color to the color of hopper identification label from being mistakenly introduced into the hopper.
