Genetic Markers for Detecting Oyester Herpes Virus and Discriminating Oyester Herpes Virus Type and Use the Same

The present invention relates to a genetic marker for detecting an oyster herpes virus and discriminating a type of the oyster herpes virus, and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a genetic marker for detecting the oyster herpes virus infection in a sample, a genetic marker for discriminating a type of oyster herpes virus detected, and a method of detecting the oyster herpes virus infection of a sample by using a PNA probe which specifically binds to the genetic marker and discriminating a type of the detected oyster herpes virus by using an additional PNA probe. The present invention enables oyster herpes virus infection to be detected more easily, quickly, and accurately than the conventional PCR method and sequencing by using the PNA probe which specifically binds to the oyster herpes virus. In particular, the combination of the additional PNA probe can be used to discriminate the type of the oyster herpes virus at the same time, thereby preventing infection and spread of the oyster herpes virus, which is currently the biggest threat to oyster culture.
