The present invention relates to a steel girder mold structure for forming the shape of concrete deposited on the upper side of a lower flange of the steel girder including the lower flange and multiple abdominal parts. According to the present invention, the steel girder mold structure comprises a pair of side surface-inclined mold structures forming a downwardly sloping upper surface of both abdominal sides of deposited concrete toward a central part and a connection joint part to adjust the inclination angle while interconnecting the pair of side surface-inclined mold structures. Accordingly, using a configuration of the steel girder mold structure, the steel girder mold structure can be variously applied in accordance with the type and scale of a steel girder, thereby providing an effect of increasing efficiency and economic efficiency due to repeatable use. The position of the connection joint part is fixed by rope and steel pipe reaction plates, thereby providing an effect of precisely depositing and combining concrete. Moreover, length and angle adjustments are facilitated through a second length adjustment part and a second ground pressure part of the side surface-inclined mold structure, thereby providing an effect of variously setting the inclination angle of the shape of a concrete structure.
