The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide liquefaction facility capable of generating the static pressure and waste pressure power of natural gas. The present invention improves the efficiency of carbon dioxide liquefaction by liquefying carbon dioxide by using the cold heat of the temperature drop naturally generated during power generation while generating electric energy by using the turboexpander of a natural gas static pressure facility, and especially preprocessing natural gas and carbon dioxide in liquefaction conditions. The carbon dioxide liquefaction facility capable of generating the static pressure and waste pressure power of natural gas by the present invention includes: a static pressure unit (20) which controls a static pressure by receiving natural gas with the temperature raised through a first heater of a natural gas supply unit; a turbo power generation unit (30) which is connected to the natural gas supply unit in parallel to the static pressure unit and receives natural gas with the temperature raised through the first heater to generate electric power by using the waste pressure of natural gas; a natural gas side temperature controller (40) which supplies natural gas with temperature controlled by the temperature of natural gas discharged from the turbo power generation unit; a carbon dioxide side pressure controller (50) which controls and supplies the pressure of carbon dioxide gas; a liquefaction heat exchange unit (60) which liquefies carbon dioxide by inducing the heat exchange of carbon dioxide gas with pressure controlled through the pressure controller and natural gas with temperature controlled through the temperature controller; and a second heater (80) which raises the temperature of natural gas, lowered after passing through the liquefaction heat exchange unit, to be supplied to places to be used. The temperature controller liquefies carbon dioxide gas with pressure controlled through the pressure controller by using natural gas of which the temperature is controlled by the temperature controller, as a heat source.
