The present invention provides a Fe adsorption and removal system in water using neodymium magnet. The present invention includes: a water treatment device to discharge water to a discharge hole after removing Fe from water injected through an injection hole; a primary neodymium magnet layer which is formed by stacking a plurality of bead-shaped neodymium magnets to primarily remove Fe existing in water when water injected from the injection hole passes through; a secondary neodymium magnet layer which is formed by stacking a plurality of plate-shaped neodymium magnets to secondarily remove Fe existing in water when water passes through after the primary neodymium magnet layer. The present invention discharges injected water in two steps by comprising the primary neodymium magnet layer formed by stacking the bead-shaped neodymium magnets and the secondary neodymium magnet layer formed by stacking the plate-shaped neodymium magnets, and thus, is able to minimize water pollution and enables semi-permanent removal of Fe by not only efficiently removing Fe in water but also applying neodymium magnet applied with lining technology.
