Downlink data transmission is performed in the downlink subframe. One or more resources are determined. The one or more resources are used for transmission or reception of error information for the received transmission in the uplink subframe based at least on one or more downlinks or an association set between the special subframe and the uplink subframe. The determined linkage set depends on the downlink reference configuration. The association set associated with each uplink subframe includes grouping the downlink or special subframe into at least two groups. The association set is defined only for the subframe that is the uplink subframe in the corresponding downlink reference configuration. The error information is transmitted or received using the determined one or more resources in the uplink sub-frame. A method, apparatus, program, and program product are disclosed.
