METHOD FOR PROVIDING TRANSACTION SECURITY ANALYSIS SERVICE FOR RISK MANAGEMENT IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION BASED ON DISCLOSURE DATA AND STATISTICS

Provided is a method for providing a transaction safety analysis service for risk management in a real estate transaction based on open data and statistics. The method comprises the steps of: receiving real estate information including an address of real estate from an analysis request terminal, which requests analysis, for at least one of selling, buying, lease, and rent of the real estate; collecting type of the real estate, claim-obligation relationship of an owner, proceeds of foreclosure sales of mortgage registered on the real estate, and market price of the real estate of the real estate based on real estate information; calculating a numeric value including average, variance, and risk driving previously stored risk digitization algorithm with the collected information as an input value; and extracting a risk level stored by being previously mapped to the calculated numeric value to transmit a risk result to the analysis request terminal.
