Disclosed are a device capable of accurately and reliably measuring and calculating working hours and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the device of measuring working hours comprises: a memory; a wireless communication module; an OID sensor configured to sense a dot-code printed on a plurality of documents; and a processor electrically connected to the memory, the wireless communication module, and the OID sensor. The processor is configured to sequentially store, in the memory, information about the dot-code printed on the plurality of documents, sensed via the OID sensor, according to a received time and control the wireless communication module, such that the information about the dot-code and information about the received time can be transmitted via the wireless communication module. According to the present invention, the device of calculating working hours comprises: a wireless communication module configured to receive the plurality of pieces of information about the dot-code and information about the received time; a memory configured to store the plurality of pieces of information about the dot-code and information about the received time, received via the wireless communication module; and a processor electrically connected to the wireless communication module and the memory, wherein the processor is able to calculate working hours based on the plurality of pieces of information about the dot-code and information about the received time.
