TEO DESA Apparatus for measureing voltage parameters using TEO and DESA in auto-synchronizer

Provided is an automatic synchronization parameter measurement apparatus. An AD converter converts an analog voltage signal input from any one of a generator and bus line into a digital voltage signal, and outputs the signal. A parameter measurer performs Teager energy operator (TEO) operation on an instantaneous digital voltage signal input from the AD converter, calculates first to third TEO coefficients of the digital voltage signal, and uses the calculated first to third TEO coefficients to measure a phase, voltage magnitude, and frequency of the digital voltage signal as a plurality of voltage parameters.
