The present invention provides an on-site three-dimensional geological map mapping system using a boundary display device of geologic elements. The on-site three-dimensional geological map mapping system comprises: a display device configured to be capable of adjusting an angle; a scan device scanning an underground state while the display device is installed;; and a server analyzing a scan result generated by the scan device and generating a three-dimensional underground geological map with geological element. The angle of the display device is adjusted to display an underground stratum in which the display device is installed. Accordingly, accuracy is high and the three-dimensional underground geological map of various compositions can be easily realized.
