Preparation methods of high quality Cordycepin Cordyceps militaris containing high quantity of Cordycepin and high quality Cordycepin obtained by the same

The present invention relates to a method for producing Cordyceps militaris using Cordyceps militaris strain containing a high content of cordycepin, and a method for extracting and purifying high-purity cordycepin therefrom. In the extraction step, a Cordyceps militaris extract can be obtained by using an extraction solvent, and cordycepin can be rapidly separated from the Cordyceps militaris extract through silica gel column chromatography. The separated cordycepin can be used to mass-produce high-purity cordycepin though a recrystallization method.
