The present invention relates to a financial fraudulent loan patterning analysis system using data mining technology to prevent a fraudulent loan due to loan documents and a method thereof. The system comprises: a financial fraud type generating device which selects at least two fraudulent loan determination variables based on at least one legitimate loan sample for each loan type and information in a fraudulent loan sample, generates correlation information between fraud loan hypotheses and corresponding information thereof through analysis of correlations between variable values corresponding to the selected fraudulent loan determination variables, and stores the information in a database; and a loan evaluating device which extracts the variable value for the fraudulent loan determination variable from the loan document as the loan document for any loan type is input, analyzes the correlations between the extracted variable values, and determines whether to be a loan based on whether the loan fraud hypothesis matching the analyzed correlations exists in the database.
