The present invention relates to a method for cooking dried yellow corvina stored in barley by steaming dried yellow corvina stored in barley. The method comprises the following steps: (a) locating dried yellow corvina stored in barley in a steamer with a plurality of holes; and (b) applying steam to the steamer. In the step (a), the dried yellow corvina stored in barley is put as erected in the steamer.
