Disclosed is a ventilator with a lighting function. According to the present invention, the ventilator with a lighting function comprises: a tubular outer casing (10); an inner casing (18) supported in the outer casing (10) and forming an air passage between the inner and outer casings (18, 10); a lighting device installed in the inner casing (18) to provide lighting; a flow rate adjustment device (20) installed at the rear end part of the outer casing (10) and including a plurality of blades (34) installed to be able to rotate around a center and an adjustment shaft (36) installed at the center of the blade to unfold or fold the blade by rotation to adjust the size of the air passage; and an operation lever (30) having a front end part protruding to the front side of the lighting device and connecting a rear end part (32) with the adjustment shaft (36) to adjust the size of the air passage on the front side of the lighting device through the flow rate adjustment device (20).
