The assembly (10) has housing that comprises a LED (12) for space illumination, a light emitting element associated unit for directing light, and a ventilator (16). A ceiling light is located as a downlight above a suction region of the ventilator. A heat exchanger is located such that the fresh air passing through the heat exchanger is sucked-in from the ventilator before discharged into a space under the ceiling light. A UV lamp is adapted for disinfection of the air present in the above arrangement of the suction region of the ventilator.
