The present invention relates to an asphalt self-adhesion type waterproof and a root-isolation sheet and a waterproof and root-isolation construction method. More specifically, the waterproof and a root-isolation sheet includes: a protection film layer having an upper surface coated with thermal barrier water-based ceramic paint; an aluminum layer made of an aluminum material; a glass fiber mesh; an asphalt compound layer; and release paper attached to the lower surface of the asphalt compound layer.
