The present invention relates to a stable pharmaceutical formulation comprising omeprazole, enantiomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and sodium hydrogen carbonate, and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, the present invention provides a stable formulation by reducing the formation of related substances by inhibiting direct contact of omeprazole, enantiomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and sodium hydrogen carbonate.
