The present invention provides a collagen extraction apparatus capable of both pretreatment and extraction, comprising a housing (10), into which a raw material, which is either pork skin or bovine skin, an additive solution, and treatment solutions containing at least one of an acid, an alkaline solution, and a neutralizing agent are selectively added according to a pretreatment process or an extraction process, and having a plurality of outlets through which residues remaining after the extraction and a collagen solution extracted in the extraction process are discharged; a heater member (50) for heating the additive solution and the raw material contained in the housing (10) in the extraction process; a stirring member (60) for stirring the raw material and treatment solutions introduced into the housing (10) to proceed the pretreatment process, and for stirring the water and the raw material heated by the heater member (50) in the extraction process to extract the collagen solution; and a circulation guide member (30) which forms a circulation passage so that the water heated by the heater member (50) is circulated inside the housing (10).
